Professional Journey

Ajay is the co-founder of AVACO, an international Electrical Engineering Solutions and Manufacturing company headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with operations in over 17 countries. Over my 25-year tenure rising to group CEO, I was privileged to have led pivotal milestones in Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, Strategic Alliances, Business Development, and Manufacturing.
