Service Description

The Free 2-Hour Strategy Session is a focused, no-fluff conversation to help you get clear on what’s really going on in your leadership — and what to do next. If you’re technically strong but feel stuck in the “people side” (confidence, communication, conflict, influence, boundaries), this session gives you language for the inner game that drives your outer results. In our two hours, we’ll: • Name the real friction (not just the symptoms) • Spot what’s draining your energy and creating hesitation • Clarify what you want to be true in the next 30–90 days • Build a simple, practical action plan you can actually follow • Identify whether 1:1 coaching, group coaching, or a short sprint is the right fit (if anything) You’ll leave with clarity, a plan, and a calmer sense of direction — even if you choose not to continue coaching.
